1. Services
Reaktiq provides hockey training programs, camps, and related services. Availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a service.
- Parents or legal guardians must book on behalf of minors.
- By registering a child, you confirm you are authorized to provide their information and consent to their participation.
3. Accounts & Registration
To book sessions, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as applicable
Refunds & Cancellations:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@reaktiq.com. Refunds are issued in the form of account credit only and may be applied to future sessions, camps, or services.
- Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
5. Code of Conduct
By participating in our services, you agree that you and your child(ren) will:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by coaches and staff.
- Treat others with respect and sportsmanship.
- Not engage in disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on reaktiq.com, including logos, branding, training materials, and images, are the property of REAKTIQ or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Participation in hockey training involves inherent risks.
- Reaktiq is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training sessions or related activities.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release Reaktiq, its coaches, and staff from liability for any claims arising from participation in our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reaktiq, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms). We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or service failures.
10. Changes to Services & Terms
We may update our services or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
